Friday morning I went to the kitchen to discover we were out of milk, hashbrowns and eggs. Given that those are the three staples my kids eat for breakfast, I had to improvise. I took a few things out and put them on the table. The kids were thrilled.
So, to narrate, my son had meatballs, my daughter ate veggies and BBQ chips, and I had olive dip and tortilla chips.
And yes, I got to the grocery store on Saturday!
(The pliers were to fix the broken water filter, FYI!)
